The purchases you make on our website are completely secure: your personal and banking data are protected and are not accessible to unauthorized persons at any time during the process. You can also choose payment methods by transfer, by PayPal, or by credit card.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Deliveries in 24/48h
Items from stock will normally be dispatched within 48 hours unless otherwise stated on the product page, for example where items are specially produced.
Unless a faster form of delivery has been selected and paid for, items will be dispatched using standard post, normally taking 2-5 working days within the Spanish territory. We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, once they have been dispatched.
FREE shipping from 30€ Only in Peninsula and Balearic Islands
Shipments to the Peninsula are completely free of charge on orders totaling a minimum of 30 €, only in the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Orders dispatched to other Items dispatched to destinations outside of the EU may be subject to delays in customs. We would expect orders to have arrived within 15 days, and normally a great deal sooner if no delays are experienced.
For all other destinations, in the shopping cart, the website will tell you the cost of shipping for the destination/address you indicate.

RETURNS & AMENDMENTS
IN OUR STORE ALL PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS
If the product does not convince you, we’ll exchange it for you or refund your money. We do not want you to stay with a product that does not satisfy you.
You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to make a change or return. To do this, follow these steps:

Download the Returns & Amendments form here. Attach the completed form; protect the package very well so that the product you want to return or change will not be damaged. You already have it ready to send it by the means of transport that you prefer.

Once we receive the package and we check that everything is fine, we will send you a confirmation email and we will refund your money immediately.
The shipping costs of the return will be borne by you, unless it is a change or a return due to an error on our part or a damaged or defective product.
We will not accept cash on delivery.
